If after 2 weeks you have not received your merchandise OR we have emailed you with a notice of delay, you should email us concerning your order. Please include all pertinent information (invoice number, email address, your name, shipping address, and a copy of your original order email).

Special Note for UPS Customers: UPS shipping services now charge a $5 rerouting fee for all packages that need to be sent to a different address while in transit. Shipping addresses can be changed prior to your order/pre-order being processed. Customers who fail to update their shipping address prior to the order leaving our warehouse will be assessed the additional $5 fee for this rerouting service. If you have moved or are planning to move, please update your account or call us BEFORE shipping to avoid this fee!
International Customers ONLY - Your First Order (excluding Canada)
Due to credit card fraud we now must verify billing address information before charging your credit card. When placing your first order with K & C Collectibles, please download the Credit Card Form below. Right-click on the form name and select "Save Target As..." from the dialog box to save the file on your computer. This document must be completed, signed and returned to us via e-mail, fax or regular mail.

International Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling charges for International orders will be determined using U.S. Express Air Mail service. Weight and size determines the cost. Express Air Mail comes with insurance and a tracking number. We calculate international shipping cost using the
International Calculator, then add the handling fee to that calculation. International customer can get a good idea of the cost of shipping by visiting the postal service web site at
http://postcalc.usps.gov/. Select international calculator, select PACKAGE, select your country and try different shipping weights. If you would like to track your package, please send customer service your request via email to
cs@kandccollectibles.com and we will provide you with the appropriate tracking information.
A 20% re-stocking charge will be applied to any International order cancelled after the shipping and handling charges have been provided.
Payment Methods & Information
Purchases are payable with Visa, Master Card, Discover, Novus, Check or Money Orders in US funds only. For your own protection PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH! Applicable sales tax of 7.5% will be added to orders placed by Arkansas residents.
Credit Card Information
If your shipping address is different than your credit card billing address, please provide this information in the proper place on the Order Form. This is for your protection and to assist us in verifying your credit card has not been stolen.
Alternate Payment Information
For those who do not wish to give out credit card information over the web, complete the order form and indicate check or money order. Then call K & C Collectibes toll free and provide us the credit card information over the phone.
For those who wish to send check or money order, complete the order form and indicate check or money order. Please do not forget to mail payment immediately so your order is not delayed further than necessary. Sending payment via snell mail could result in merchandise being sold out prior to it's arrival. Merhandise will NOT be held. Payment by personel check will require 10 additonal business days to clear your bank.

Every effort will be made to fill your order, however, K & C Collectibles offers collectible items that may become unavailable, even when they are listed on our website. In any instance where an order cannot be filled, a credit or refund will be issued, less the 20% restocking fee.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order!
If you are dissatisfied with your order please e-mail us explaining the problem. We will provide you with a return authorization number. Then return the product to us within 15 days of receipt and no more than 15 days from the ship date shown on your invoice. "I found it somewhere else" is not a valid reason for a return. No refunds or exchanges on Exclusive Store items. To receive a refund or exchange, the merchandise must be in resellable condition and in the original packaging. If the item less than 30 days old only exchanges will be allowed. Sorry, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. New shipping and handling charges will be applied to exchanges, if necessary.
