Thinkway Toys.  Released in 1995.  Star Wars C-3PO and R2-D2 Electronic Talking Bank.  Dialogue, music and effects from the original soundtrack. 

Batteries removed to prevent corrosion. 

I put batteries back in the bank after 25 years and the sound still plays and C-3PO still speaks.  TThe machanics of R2-D2 moving forward and C-3PO arm moving have stopped working.
